1. Club Roulez Électrique

The most popular program in Quebec, offering great hardware flexibility. It also has the best expected payout in most provinces.

  • Return: $0.13/kWh in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia (variable in other provinces).
  • Compatible Chargers: Tesla, Wallbox, EVDuty, Autel, Leviton, other OCPP-compliant chargers, and specialized chargers sold by Roulez Électrique.
  • Payment: Once per year.
  • Hardware: The user provides their own charger.

2. ChargeLab (Home Charging Rewards)

A straightforward program that rewards users with gift cards.

  • Return: $0.10/kWh.
  • Compatible Chargers: Any charger compatible with the OCPP protocol.
  • Payment: 4 times per year (Quarterly), issued as gift cards.
  • Hardware: The user provides their own charger.

3. Club Grizzl-E

Ideal for those who do not yet own a smart charger and want a low-cost model.

  • Return: Progressive scale from $0.03/kWh to $0.10/kWh.
  • Compatible Chargers: Grizzl-E, as well as a wide range of other smart models.
  • Payment: Once your balance reaches $10.
  • Hardware: The program provides the charger for free (under certain conditions and with a deposit) for base models.

4. SWTCH Home Charging

Similar to the Grizzl-E model, but with a faster rate progression.

  • Return: Progressive scale from $0.03/kWh to $0.10/kWh (progression is faster than Grizzl-E).
  • Compatible Chargers: SWTCH branded chargers only.
  • Payment: Once your balance reaches $100.
  • Hardware: The program provides the charger for free (under certain conditions and with a deposit).
